Finding Hope in Solidarity - A Virtual Support Group for Trauma Survivors

So often individuals who have experienced trauma in their life feel alone. Frequently people express that they feel “different”, not “normal”, as their bodies and minds operate differently than their friends and family members who have not had the same experiences.

Common descriptions people use when sharing the after effects of trauma are “I feel like I’m going crazy”, “I don’t know why I am always on edge”, and “I am constantly afraid it is going to happen again”. The truth is you’re not alone, you aren’t losing you’re mind, and you are experiencing the mind and bodies natural response to a traumatic event.

During this four week support group you will get the opportunity to share, listen to others, and learn about the impact trauma has on the brain and body..
